How cashless economy doesnt mean better tax collection - bitcoins or use of overseas banks.If cash is banned, then the digital technology may increase use of of overseas banks much easier. Let me explain how it can work.Case-1 : Buyer / seller use account in Indian bank.(1.1) Say buyer B and seller S both have account in IB = Indian Bank. About -- 50% tax + fine + 25% in four year deposits with 0% interest + 25% instant white scheme.There is NOTHING wrong.All govts routinely come up with such schemes, eg USA too had one scheme called as bearer bonds, which converts black into white..So while motive of GoI may be to coverup massive failure notebandi is causing, but scheme per se is NOT wrong.,.It is just another "Income Disclosure Scheme" which almost every Govt in India launches,.I think this scheme wont get much...

Going rate of gold in Ahmedabad - Rs 3800 per gram (for old Rs 500 notes) (no pan card needed).white rate with cheque - Rs 3200 per gram.
