Impact of cancellation of Rs 500 notes (and Rs 1000 notes) on land prices

Will land prices decrease? By how much?

And will builders etc who ask 30% to 50% cash now demand lesser % in cash?

Let me explain say a builder is selling a flat TODAY for say RS 1 crore, and asking for say Rs 30 lakh cash and Rs 70 lakh cheque.
.
Tomorrow or next week or next month, will he lower price? By how much? And will he lower % of cash demanded? By how much?

And what will be scenario after say 6 months or 1 year?

Land prices are decreasing anyway, because there were hugely inflated. But will cancellation of Rs 500 notes cause any major dent? And any major long term dent?
