Say bharat vidhansabha term is made usa like 2 years. Then how can Cm in bharat have 4 year term, under existing framework of 'MLA elect CM'?

तो इस भूमि की कीमत 1 करोड़ रुपए होगी।

पर 25 साल पहले ये क़ीमत नहीं थी। तो प्रश्न है कि किस क़ीमत के आधार से किराया वसूला जाएगा।

उसका उतार सोने के दाम से किराया वसूला जाएगा।

2026 में 10 ग्राम सोने की कीमत 150000 ( डेढ़ लाख रुपए )

हैं।

आज से 25 साल पहले 2001 में 10 ग्राम सोने की कीमत 4300 रुपए थीं।

तो एक साल में 12 महीने होते हैं। 1 ग्राम सोने की कीमत से 1 महीने का किराया वसूला जाएगा। हर साल सोने की कीमत में बदलाव आया है, तो किराया की रकम में भी बदलाव आएगा।

यही किराया उन नेताओं और सरकारी अधिकारियों से भी वसूला जाएगा जिन्हों ने सरकारी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा करवाया है और सरकारी भूमि का दुरुपयोग किया है।

ये किराया दिल्ली के सभी नागरिकों में बराबर बांटा जाएगा।

In the current system, the Education Minister publishes such laws that have led to a continuous decline in the standards of mathematics and science education in Bharat and have weakened the infrastructure of government schools. As a result, people are often compelled to rely on expensive private schools, making education increasingly costly and difficult to afford. Several laws introduced by the Education Minister have not only made education more expensive but have also encouraged malpractices , bribery / corruption in various high-level competitive examinations. Under the proposed VoteVapsi Education Minister Law, if the Education Minister implements policies or laws that weakens education system, then voters of the state will be able to replace the minister anytime before their term through a VoteVapsi Passbook mechanism.

The main points for the procedure of replacing the Education Minister are given below :

1) If any citizen above 30 years of age wants to become Education Minister, he can present an affidavit in front of the collector. The Collector will declare him as the Education Minister candidate by taking a fee of ₹ 10,000 and will make the affidavit public on the Chief Minister's website.

2) With the publication of this law, every Voter shall get a VoteVapsi Passbook. If you are not satisfied with the work of the Education Minister and want to replace him, then you can register your Approval Yes or No(opinion like Votes) in Patwari's (Talati) office. You can register your Approval (yes or no) via SMS also. You can give your approval or cancel it any day, this approval is not your vote but rather a suggestion.

3) If a candidate for the post of health minister gets 25% approval of total voters from the state (not just those who registered their approvals), and if these approvals exceed 1% approvals of the incumbent Education Minister, then Chief Minister may or may not appoint the person who gets the most approval by removing the current Education Minister.

[Note: If the person getting the most approvals is not a member of the current Legislative Assembly / Legislative Council, then such a person can become an MLA by contesting the election of MLA in any election or by-election to be held in the next 6 months after becoming a Minister.]

For implementing this law, there is no need for any constitutional amendment or passing it by the parliament/assembly. The Prime Minister can implement it in all the states by directly publishing it in the Gazette. If the Chief Minister wants, he can implement it in his state through Gazette Notification as well. After publishing this law, there will be a healthy competition among the MLAs to become Education Minister & they will start coming before Citizens with proposals of improving government schools, college, Maths / Science education, making quality education affordable to all, etc. so that the Citizens can give them approvals to become Education Minister.

Applied on 23rd june, enquiry call received on 25th june. Firstly call received from a mobile number, I missed it. Then from Delhi landline. Spoke for 17 minutes. Police personnel was less interested in the nature of demonstration but rather wanted to enquire minutest details about me, educational background, work and my political background so far(as I mentioned on the application that I am an MP candidate). He said why didn’t I mention the name of the party, that I should have. I said didn’t seem relevant to me as the demonstration is not related to the party. He seemed to have been making a note of each and every point.(जिसे पुलिस की भाषा में कहते हैं, कुण्डली बनाना)।

Because he was already asking too many questions, two additional information I gave him without asking related to my political career were, that I was Delhi assembly election-incharge and I contested in front of the CM of Rajasthan Bhajan Lal Sharma which is also my home constituency ie Sanganer.

He also specifically enquired two things that wether have I given an application before for any demonstration at JM, to which I said no as its my first. Then he asked whether have I been to JM and participated in any demonstration to which I said yes twice in march april’26.

He also asked whether have I contested any elections prior to MP elections in April’24, to which I said yes and gave the above details.

He also asked which day will I be reaching Delhi, whether leave a day or night before ie on 5th or on 6th itself, if I reach on 5th then where will I be staying, I said haven’t decided yet.

He also asked my mode of transport to Delhi, by car I said no. I said by public transport ie either by train or bus, will decided later.

He also said that am I from science background ie have I done B tech etc to which I said no, then he said then what makes me an expert on this and then I told about Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta ji. He said in the era of AI and all why do we want ballot paper, I said we dont want anything, we creating awareness by showing live demo. Couldn’t complete my answer as he moved on to further questions. I forgot to ask his name and the name of the police station.

Demogivers,

(1) jantar mantar policemen verbally say - dont give demo, dont put poster with demopicture , but do not give in writing !!!

Why health awareness ONLY activists who oppose legislative andolan and oppose election contesting are all timewasters. Because they have no way to CREATE good medicines.

Many activists spend 48 hours a day raising awareness on health issues. And they repeatedly oppose all who are "andolaning" to bring good health laws and oppose election contesting. Come elections, they will all support rss or cong or app or may be CJP. But during all discussions, they oppose legislative changes and election. Anti-legislative activist has NO way to ensure that good medicine production goes on, and bad medicine production stops. He also has no way to stop GM foods, BT foods and so on. Their whole activism ends with some sentences against some medicines and some foods

All these are subjective. And lot depends on information level wrt issue. Eg today , less than 1% have information that usa has LS VS elections every 2 year. So activists like myself who want 2 year LS VS elections will get less support. But if all are informed that usa has been having ls vs elections every 2 years since year 1788, ie past 230 years, then support for 2 year LS VS elections will increase.

So present information level is issue. And how many sentences need to be added in public knowledge is an imp factor in activism

(01) ballot paper - imo over 70%. Over 70% want evm go and want ballot paper.

(02) rents, land price - imo over 80%

(3) mineral loot - over 80% AFTER information is given, but as of now, belowb1% because very few know about importance of minerals

(4) courts - less than 30% . remaining 70% have no money to go to courts !! So huge information has to be given before they see court issue as an issue which effects them

(5) hindu muslim issue - over 90% hindus and muslims have this as #1 issue given intense media bombing and social media bombing

(6) global warming - 99% , but our draft isnt ready

(7) ethanol in petrol issue - over 25%. But 70% who dont own petro vehicles dont bother. And 5% who own new vehicles dont bother
