In CBT , only 4-5 apex levels people ( pm , minister , director , central_server_ admin ) can upgrade marks and ranks of 20% candidates and no one in world have any proofs !!! Say they increase scores of 200000 candidates for rs 10 lakhs each. Its rs 20000 crore easy money !! And no proofs. No complains !!

And ballot paper vs evm issue is 10 times more imp than Dharmendra Pradhan issue. So honeybees leaders MUST make their stand clear on this issue.
