(2) Number of new cases filed on courts = 3.25 crore

(3) Number of cased disposed off = 3.00 crore, about 7% less than new coming cases

So is following true - if number of judges is increased 20000 to 40000 ie doubled, then all pending cases will get disposed in 2 to 3 years ?

And then all cases will get disposed off in 1 year?

Or, find which of the following data or logic is wrong?

Why was Black Glass installed in VVPATs in 2017?

How up to 30% votes or more can be stolen using the EVM VVPAT's Black Glass & Light Sensor, without leaving any evidence.

Shri Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta (a computer engineer, scientist, & lawyer, educated at IIT Delhi & Rutgers University, USA, and an EVM expert since 1989) came to know in 2019 that in 2017 the glass of the EVM's VVPAT had been changed from transparent to opaque / black, and the duration of the light inside the VVPAT had been reduced from 15 seconds to 7 seconds. In January 2019, when Mr. Rahul C. Mehta became aware of these two changes, he raised concerns about how they could enable the theft /manipulation of VVPAT paper votes, also while counting the electronic votes in the control unit and the paper votes in the VVPAT, there would still be a 100% match, and the vote theft would not be detected.

In February 2019,Mr. Rahul C Mehta wrote on Facebook explaining the logic behind this EVM-VVPAT Black glass vote theft.

Subsequently, to explain EVM VVPAT black glass vote theft in a simple and precise manner, Mr. Rahul C.Mehta himself built an EVM/VVPAT demonstration machine. Since then, he and the organization he founded, the "EVM VVPAT Hatao Sena," have been conducting demonstrations across Bharat to show real EVM VVPAT vote theft (Black Glass Black Magic Demo). These EVM-VVPAT vote theft is not hacking technically, but pre-programming or inside tampering. The EVM-VVPAT's black glass & the attached Light sensor hides this vote theft.

According to the Election Commission manual, the cost of an EVM-VVPAT is ₹38,000. Before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, on 12th February 2024, the EVM VVPAT Hatao Sena (Right to Recall Party) / Mr. Rahul C. Mehta sent a letter to the Election Commission along with a demand draft of ₹40,000 requesting an EVM VVPAT. However, to date, the Election Commission has neither provided Mr. Rahul C. Mehta with an EVM-VVPAT machine nor responded to his letter. Mr. Rahul C. Mehta claims that just as he demonstrated vote theft using his EVM-VVPAT machine, if the Election Commission provides its official EVM-VVPAT machine, he can insert a program into it and demonstrate similar vote theft.

In 2010, Mr. Hariprasad Vemuru, who was an engineer in the Election Commission, obtained a real Election commission's non-VVPAT EVM from the Collector's office and, with the help of Mr. Rahul C. Mehta, demonstrated different methods of vote theft. A video of this is still available on YouTube today.

Even today, the same non-VVPAT EVM is being used for gram panchayats, municipal corporations, and zilla parishads elections. (here, after casting a vote, the voter cannot see their slip or symbol). In 2013, Supreme Court ordered that VVPAT must be mandatorily used with EVMs so that voters can verify their vote through a printed slip after voting. Even so, no EVM-opposing lawyer across Bharat has filed a petition to ensure that the Election Commission mandates VVPATs in municipal / local body elections, and no political party president has raised or acted on this issue. No party president, journalist, news channel (except Sahara), NGO, retired judges, Supreme Court lawyers, or anyone else has attempted to circulate this video or share it on their social media profiles.

Article 328 of the Indian Constitution empowers state governments to make laws with regards to conducting elections for municipal corporations, gram panchayats, zilla parishads, and even legislative assemblies in their respective states, in coordination with the State Election Commission. Despite this, no opposition party has ever enacted a law at the state level mandating that state elections be conducted through ballot papers instead of EVM-VVPATs with black glass and light sensors. (Google search to understand "How a main opposition party sidelined Art. 328 issue" - Nana Patole, Article 328, Congress, Maharashtra state.

The Election Commission of India states that a single EVM unit can handle a maximum of

384 candidates. Despite this, opposition parties have not fielded more than 384 candidates in any election or even threatened the ruling party to do so. In 2010, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi TRRS- once fielded more than 64 candidates, when the maximum limit was 64, which led to EVMs being discontinued at that time & elections by ballot paper.

Today, since the limit is 384 candidates, it is suggested that more than 384 candidates would need to be fielded. Whether this is practically possible is a separate question, but why opposition party leaders have not even attempted this. (We do not have enough money to field so many candidates.) If only as soon as a public announcement is made to field 384 candidates, the Election Commission would be forced to conduct elections using ballot paper, and EVM-VVPATS would have been automatically discontinued.

By just 5 minutes & 50 paisa, how can you Ban EVM-VVPATs across Bharat & bring back ballot paper, without depending on any party, leader, organization, lawyer, NGO, big rallies, police permission, etc.?

You only need to send a written open order letter via Postcard every month to the Election Commission, the Prime Minister, & the Chief Minister. Possibly, gather as many people as possible on one day at the same time (EVM-VVPAT Hatao Sena sends on 5th of every month at 5 PM), and post this open order / postcard on all your social media accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. and keep it as your status so that more and more people become aware of the real technical reason behind EVM-VVPAT vote theft i.e. Black Glass & Light Sensor.

The most important words in this open order letter are "EVM-VVPAT Black Glass" & "EVM-VVPAT Light Sensor," because these are the REAL causes of vote theft in today's VVPAT-based EVMs.

If more and more citizens send such open order letters to the Election Commission, Prime Minister, and Chief Minister, that pressure will build, showing that citizens are becoming aware of the real reasons of how vote theft is possible in today's VVPAT EVMs. This pressure, will force them to bring ballot paper voting back in India.

To make this postcard more stronger and more pressure-building_to those in power, include demands such as the "Right to Recall Election Commissioner law" & the "Public Narco test law" along with "EVM-VVPAT Black Glass" & "Light Sensor." Those in power do not want widespread public awareness or demand for such real citizen-empowering laws, and because of this fear, they would be forced to bring ballot paper voting sooner in India.

Govt of Bharat has defacto blocked SGPC elections since 2016. Last elections were held in 2011. And since then no general elections have been held !!

हमने फरवरी 2024 में ही EVM की लागत मूल्य ₹40000 का DD CHECK Draft Letter चुनाव आयोग को भेज दिया था।

कि वह हमें मशीन दें, हम उसमें EVM BLACK GLASS CODE डालकर साबित कर देंगे कि मात्र 1 से 10 अधिकतम लोगों की मदद से Mock Poll को बायपास करते हुए करोड़ों वोटों को एक साथ चुराया जा सकता है, जिसकी जानकारी इन कर्मचारियों के अलावा किसी को भी नहीं हो पाएगी।

सभी EVM में SYMBOL LOADING FILE और BEL के TECHNICIAN द्वारा LAPTOP से डाले जाने वाला SOFTWARE PROGRAM एक ही जगह — COLLECTOR OFFICE में डाला जाता है।

उसके बाद सभी EVM को RANDOM तरीके से अलग-अलग BOOTH पर भेजा जाता है।

इसलिए EVM को RANDOM तरीके से भेजने के बावजूद भी करोड़ों वोटों को एक साथ चोरी करने में किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत नहीं आएगी।

ऐसा हमने श्री Rahul Mehta जी द्वारा आविष्कार किए गए EVM BLACK GLASS DEMO MACHINE में कर दिखाया है।

ELECTION COMMISSION की मशीन में भी हम EVM BLACK GLASS CODE डालकर, वोटों की चोरी अगर वे करना चाहें तो, बिल्कुल कर सकतें हैं, यह जनता को दिखा देंगे।

बैलट पेपर द्वारा चुनाव होने पर कागज का इस्तेमाल होने पर प्रकृति का बहुत नुकसान होगा; क्योंकि उसके लिए अभी से अधिक पेड़ काटने होंगे !!

5 साल के सभी चुनाव (लोकसभा, विधानसभा, नगर निगम और पंचायत) में अगर पूरे भारत में बैलेट पेपर से वोटिंग हो, तो कुल अनुमानित कागज़ की जरूरत लगभग 7 से 9 करोड़ किलो होगी।

वर्तमान EVM-VVPAT सिस्टम में 5 साल में लगभग 5 से 6.5 लाख किलो कागज़ लगता है, जो लगभग 13,000 से 16,000 पेड़ों को काटकर बनाया जाता है! बाकी कागज अन्य स्रोतों से आता है।

अगर बैलेट पेपर वोटिंग सिस्टम लागू किया जाए, तो कागज़ की जरूरत कई गुना बढ़ जाएगी, लेकिन इसे बिना एक भी पेड़ काटे भी तैयार किया जा सकता है!!

Bagasse (गन्ना अवशेष) – 20%
Wheat straw – 15%

हमने कभी भी यह नहीं कहा है कि EVM को कोई एक पार्टी CONTROL करती है!

आज बंगाल, बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों में लगभग 1 लाख POLLING BOOTH होते हैं। अगर आपको बूथ लूटकर मुख्यमंत्री अपने हिसाब से बनाना है, तो कम से कम 10% POLLING BOOTH को लूटना होगा यानी 10,000 POLLING BOOTH।

10,000 POLLING BOOTH लूटने के लिए कम से कम आपके पास 1 लाख अवैध बंदूक और 1 लाख गुंडे होने चाहिए। अगर आप इतने लोगों और इतने हथियारों का इंतजाम कर भी लेते हैं, तो भी हर POLLING BOOTH में 5 से अधिक सशस्त्र भारतीय सैनिक मिलेंगे, जो आपको वहीं पर मारकर गिरा देंगे।

अगर आप फिर भी बच गए, तो हर POLLING BOOTH में CCTV CAMERA लगा है। आज लगभग हर नागरिक के पास कैमरा वाला मोबाइल फोन है, आपकी वीडियो बन जाएगी और आप पर कानूनी कार्रवाई हो जाएगी — आप किसी भी तरह बच नहीं सकते हैं आज के समय में!!

लेकिन EVM-VVPAT में कौन करोड़ों वोटों को चुरा रहा है, इसकी जानकारी निकालना लगभग नामुमकिन है, क्योंकि इस बात की जानकारी लगभग सभी POLITICAL PARTY, सभी JOURNALIST, सभी MEDIA, यहाँ तक कि SUPREME COURT के जज भी इस पर बात करने से इनकार करते हैं।

इसलिए हम भारतीयों की बहुत छोटी सी मांग है — हम सरकार को हर वर्ष 35 लाख करोड़ रुपए कमाकर देते हैं, इसलिए हमें यह अधिकार चाहिए।

संविधान अनुच्छेद 328 के तहत सभी पार्टियों के मुख्यमंत्री मतदाताओं को मतदान कक्ष में बैलेट पेपर से वोट देने के विकल्प का कानून लागू करके हमें यह अधिकार दे सकते हैं।

I was always confused about why "paid media" seems to promote the Indian Army so consistently.

By paid media, I mean newspapers, TV channels, Bollywood, and even social media algorithms that shape public perception over time.

For a long time, I couldn’t see a clear logical reason for them to highlight mostly positive stories about the army.

But a few days back, I started thinking that it could be a strategic narrative, as it keeps common citizens and voters from questioning whether individuals should have access to weapons.

Many Indians grow up believing that, in times of danger, someone in an Indian Army uniform will arrive who is disciplined, ethical, and ready to sacrifice to protect civilians.

This belief, in my view, has been strengthened over decades through repeated exposure to heroic stories about the Indian Army.

So one possible outcome of this narrative environment is that the public stays distant from discussions around weapon manufacturing, civilian training, and regulated access to firearms to protect themselves.

There may be corruption in institutions, including the army, but citizens rarely have access to detailed internal data, so many issues remain outside public visibility.

At the same time, soldiers at junior ranks are widely seen as loyal and committed to national service, while decision-making at higher levels can sometimes intersect with business and policy interests.

The army operates under the Defence Ministry, and like any disciplined force, personnel are trained to follow lawful orders.

So when deployments happen, for example in sensitive regions like Manipur they act according to the directives given and may fail to protect citizens.

Heroic stories about the army can also create a strong image of national power, which sometimes shifts public attention away from the fact of dependence on imported weapons.

India imports a large share of its weapons, as domestic manufacturing capabilities are not skilled or developed and when international powers send you weapons they come with kill switch risk.

So solutions, in my view, would be

- to strengthen maths and science education across govt schools in the country

- Reduce barriers like high land prices so that manufacturing and housing becomes affordable and triggers innovation

Voters and Citizens should also focus on creating a nation wide demand for referrendum on law that allows common citizens to keep license free but registered weapons at home.

Similar to laws seen in countries like the US, Switzerland and Coorg district in Karnataka.

EVM is an Electronic Voting Machine and there is no BLUETOOTH - WIFI - INTERNET inside it, because of this how can anyone HACK EVM ??

3 to 4 Software Programer of BEL (Bharat Electronic Limited) and ECIL (Electronic Corporation of India Limited) write the Software Program of EVM used in all elections.

Those Software Programmer put the Program on their Server. “This is their own server”.

After that 150 to 200 Laptops are connected to that Server.

Those Laptop are given to 150 to 200 Technitian’s of BEL.

Those Technition’s go to the Collector office of the state where election is held and connect their Laptop to the SLU Device of EVM and through SLU put the Candidate Serial File and Software Program made by BEL-ECIL Programmers into the VVPAT of EVM.

Now, if those Programmers have written the Vote theft Program in their Server then with the help of only those 3-4 Programmers the Vote theft Program will run simultaneously in thousands and lakhs of EVM’s VVPAT.

And no one will get to know about this because BEL Technitions only have to transfer the Program into VVPAT, they cannot read that Program, they will not even know what is written in the Program.

C. "Now after this question arises" that how will Mock Poll be Baypass ?? There all Candidates are called and in front of them VVPAT is opened properly and all slips are matched!

So the answer is — this can be Baypass with the help of “REAL TIME CLOCK” installed in VVPAT.

You yourself can read this information in ECI’s EVM & VVPAT Manual, that whether Real Time Clock is installed in VVPAT of EVM or not!!

D. "Now after this question will arise" that during Voting Paper Slip is also shown in VVPAT.

Its answer is — about 90% voters of India are not able to see the slip being printed and cut and falling down in VVPAT, because most of the voters do not even have so much information about it, they get satisfaction just by pressing the button that their Vote has gone.

Suppose 4 members of a family have come to vote in the voting room, they have option to vote Apple 🍏 Banana 🍌 and Watermelon 🍉.

But all these four members have to vote for Banana 🍌 candidate.

Now one by one these four voters will vote for Banana 🍌.

Now for the first member of this family a new Banana 🍌 slip will be printed and shown, but if they did not see the slip being cut and falling then the Light Sensor of VVPAT will sense whether the voter is standing in front or not and according to that it will turn off the light without cutting and falling the slip.

Same will happen with the remaining three members.

Now you will think that total 4 votes have gone, but these 4 votes are only electronic votes because VVPAT printed only one slip, it showed the same slip again and again by turning on the light.

After the light is turned off it becomes dark due to which the new voter will not even know whether any slip has already been printed in VVPAT or not.

After this for the candidate who has been programmed to win, VVPAT will print three new slips in darkness “behind the black glass” and drop them.

In this way even if you do 100% matching of electronic votes and paper slips, then also theft will not be caught.

If election is held by ballot paper then use of paper will cause great harm to nature; because for that more trees will have to be cut from now !!

Answer:
If voting is done by ballot paper in entire India for 5 years of all elections (Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, Nagar Nigam and Panchayat), then the total estimated paper requirement will be maximum about 1.5 to 2 crore kg.

In the present EVM-VVPAT system about 7 to 10 lakh kg paper is used in 5 years, which is estimated made by cutting about 13,000 to 18,000 trees! Remaining paper comes from other sources.

If ballot paper voting system is implemented then paper requirement will increase many times, but it can also be prepared without cutting a single tree!!

Eco-friendly sources model:
Recycled paper – 35%
Bagasse (sugarcane residue) – 20%
Wheat straw – 15%
Rice straw (stubble) – 15%
Bamboo (bamboo) – 5%
Jute (jute) – 5%
Industrial hemp (hemp plant) – 5%

The conclusion is that with proper law, collection system and paper processing infrastructure, paper for elections of full 5 years can be prepared without cutting even a single tree!! For this only honest intention is needed.

We have never said that any one party CONTROLs EVM!

To loot 10,000 POLLING BOOTH you should have at least 1 lakh illegal guns and 1 lakh goons.

Even if you arrange so many people and weapons then also in every POLLING BOOTH there will be more than 5 armed Indian soldiers who will kill you there itself.

If you still survive then there is CCTV CAMERA in every POLLING BOOTH.

Today almost every citizen has a camera mobile phone, your video will be made and legal action will be taken on you.

You cannot escape in any way, in today’s time!!

Even if despite this booth capturing happens in some polling booths then re-election can happen there very easily.

VVPAT કેવી રીતે કામ કરે છે (આધિકારિક વર્ણન):વોટર Ballot Unit પર બ્લુ બટન દબાવે છે → Control Unit તેને રજિસ્ટર કરે છે (રેડ LED + બીપ).
VVPAT પ્રિન્ટર એક પેપર સ્લિપ પ્રિન્ટ કરે છે (સીરિયલ નં., નામ, સિમ્બોલ).

નિષ્કર્ષ: "કાળા ગ્લાસથી CIA વોટ ચોરી" એ વાઇરલ વીડિયો/ક્લેઇમ છે પરંતુ તકનીકી અને પ્રેક્ટિકલ રીતે મોટા પાયે અમલમાં મુશ્કેલ છે. વોટર તરીકે VVPAT સ્લિપ સાવધાનીથી જુઓ, ફરિયાદ કરો જો ખોટું લાગે. લાંબા ગાળે, વધુ ઓડિટ અને વિશ્વાસ વધારવાની જરૂર છે. Democracy માટે સતર્કતા સારી છે, પણ પુરાવા વિનાના ષડયંત્રો નહીં. જો વિડિયોનું વિગતવાર વર્ણન આપશો તો વધુ સ્પષ્ટ જવાબ આપી શકું.

दूसरे, भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 328 के अनुसार, हर भारतीय नागरिक के पास वोट डालते समय EVM या बैलेट पेपर में से किसी एक को चुनने का विकल्प होता है। इसका मतलब है कि अगर कोई नागरिक वोट डालने के लिए पोलिंग बूथ पर जाता है और बैलेट पेपर मांगता है, तो संविधान में उसे बैलेट पेपर देने का प्रावधान किया गया है।
अगर हर जागरूक नागरिक जो टैक्स देता है, भेड़-बकरियों की तरह चले जाने के बजाय, संविधान के अनुसार अपने मुलभुत अधिकारों की मांग करे, तो चुनाव नतीजों में 100% पारदर्शिता बनी रहेगी, जैसा कि जनता उम्मीद भी करती है और चाहती भी है।
जो लोग EVM पर भरोसा करते हैं (ज्यादातर सारे अंधभक्त)... उन्हें EVM के ज़रिए ही वोट देने दिया जाये... और बाकी आम जनता बैलेट पेपर से वोट देने के अधिकार की मांग कर सकती है। CCTV के ज़माने में बूथ कैप्चर होंगे... बैलेट पेपर के बक्से लूटे जाएँगे... ऐसे मनगढ़ंत डर में फँसने की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है!!! अगर आप ट्विटर इस्तेमाल करते है तो इनकी तरह अपने सीएम से मांग कर सकते है।। 👍

क्या बंगाल के जो 27 लाख मतदाताओं ने SIR में नाम काटे जाने पर आपत्ति जताई थी उनके द्वारा वोट नहीं दिए जाने से बंगाल में BJP चुनाव जीत गई है ? आइए जानते हैं!

चुनाव आयोग के द्वारा हर चुनाव में वोटरलिस्ट की जांच करके मतदाताओं की छटनी करनी होती है। इनमें से कुछ लोग राज्य छोड़ गए होते हैं कुछ लोग मृत्य हो गए होते हैं जिसके वजह से लाखों लोगों को वोटरलिस्ट से हर बार हटाया जाता है।

लेकिन 2026 वेस्ट बंगाल चुनाव में 27 लाख लोगों ने आपत्ति दर्ज कराया था यानी की 27 लाख लोग वोट देना चाहते थे लेकिन उनको वोट देने से हटाया गया।

इसबार बंगाल चुनाव में कुल लगभग 6 करोड़ 10 लाख लोगों ने वोट दिया।
.
BJP को कुल 207 सीट मिला है और कुल वोट 2 करोड़ 92 लाख मिला है।
.
TMC को को 80 सीट मिला है और कुल वोट 2 करोड़ 60 लाख मिला है।
.
BJP , TMC से 32 लाख वोटो के बढ़त से चुनाव जीती है।
.
अगर 27 लाख लोगों में से 50% लोग 13.5 लाख वोटर्स भी किसी किन्हीं अन्य पार्टीज को वोट न देकर सीधा TMC को हीं वोट दे देते, तो भी TMC BJP से चुनाव जीत नहीं पाती।

क्योंकि TMC को चुनाव जीतने के लिए कम से कम 32 लाख से अधिक वोट चाहिए थी।

अब लिए असली VOTE चोरी के खेल को समझते हैं।

असल में विश्व के शासकों को भारत में अधिक असली राजनीतिक पार्टियों को एवं निर्दलीय प्रत्याशियों को सत्ता से दूर बनाए रखना है वह नहीं चाहते हैं कि भारत की राजनीति में अधिक प्रतिस्पर्धा आए।

आप 2025 दिल्ली और बिहार विधानसभा का चुनाव देखिए इन दोनों राज्यों में इसबार के विधानसभा चुनाव में एक भी निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी चुनाव नहीं जीता है!! ऐसा शायद इतिहास में पहली बार हुआ।

असल में भारत में EVM होने से सभी नेताओं को पता है कि अगर उन्होंने किसी बड़ी पार्टी से टिकट लेकर चुनाव नहीं लड़ा तो उनको चुनाव जीतना नामुमकिन हो सकता है। क्योंकि उन्हें भी पिछले 15-20 वर्ष के कार्यों के दौरान अनुभव हो जाता है कि अब भारत में केवल और केवल बड़ी पार्टियों के नेता ही चुनाव जीत पाते हैं। इसलिए वह लोग जैसे ही बड़े नेता बनते हैं वैसे ही बड़ी पार्टियों से टिकट लेकर चुनाव लड़ने के फिराक में लग जाते हैं।

लेकिन मैंने ऐसे कई लोगों से बात किया है, बहुत सारे लोगों का अनुभव रहा है कि उन्हें कम से कम जितनी वोट मिलने की उम्मीद थी उतनी भी वोट उनको प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।

ठीक इसी तरीके से छोटी पार्टियों के प्रत्याशियों के साथ भी यहीं हो रहा है, मैंने बिल्कुल सामने से - दिल्ली, बिहार और वेस्ट बंगाल चुनाव में अनुभव किया है कि भारत में लगातार छोटी पार्टियों को भी सत्ता से बाहर रखने का षड्यंत्र बहुत ही शातिर तरीके से हो रहा है।

समाज में जिन व्यक्तियों के भीतर समस्याओं का समाधान करने के लिए ऊर्जा होता है वह कईबार निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़कर अपनी राजनीतिक सफर शुरू करते हैं और बाद में छोटी पार्टियों में शामिल होकर भी उन पार्टियों की टिकट से चुनाव लड़ते हैं।

लेकिन जैसे-जैसे वह सत्ता में भीतर घुसते जाते हैं वैसे-वैसे नेताओं के अंदर लालच भरते जाता है और वह यह भी अच्छे ढंग से समझते हैं की बड़ी पार्टियों से टिकट लेने पर ही चुनाव जीता जा सकता है। तो वह अगली बार किसी बड़ी पार्टी से टिकट लेकर चुनाव लड़ते हैं उसके बाद चुनाव जीते हैं या हारते हैं।

इन सभी तथ्यों को समझने से हम यह बिलकुल आसानी से समझ सकते हैं कि, भारत का पूरा चुनावी ढांचा इस तरीके से तैयार किया गया है कि चुनाव जीतने के लिए प्रत्याशियों को किसी बड़ी पार्टी से टिकट लेकर ही चुनाव जितना पड़ेगा।

बड़ी पार्टियों से टिकट लेने के लिए 50 लाख रुपए से लेकर 5 करोड रुपए तक या इससे अधिक रुपया देना पड़ता है।

अगर कोई व्यक्ति पार्टी का टिकट और चुनाव का खर्चा यानी कि लगभग 5 करोड रुपए लगाकर चुनाव जीतता है तो हम ऐसे व्यक्ति से बिल्कुल भी यह उम्मीद नहीं रखते हैं कि वह अपने 5 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में थोड़ा भी जनता के समस्याओं पर ध्यान देगा।

क्योंकि 5 करोड़ रुपए लगाए हुए व्यक्ति को अपने 5 करोड़ से कम से कम 50-100 करोड़ कमाना ही पड़ेगा नहीं तो उसके इन्वेस्टर उसकी जान ले लेंगे!!

अब भारत में चल रहे समस्याओं का सबसे बड़ी वजह विपक्ष में बैठे हुए पार्टियों के नेता ही हैं यह समझना बहुत जरूरी है।

Likening some unemployed youngsters to cockroaches, Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Friday said they go on to "become" media, social media and RTI activists and start attacking the system.

The comments came while a bench of CJI Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi was pulling up a lawyer for "pursuing" a senior advocate designation. It said there were already "parasites" in society who attack the system and asked the petitioner whether he wanted to join hands with them.

"The entire world may be eligible to become senior (advocate), but at least you are not entitled," the bench told the petitioner's lawyer.

A visibly anguished CJI observed that if the Delhi High Court were to confer senior advocate designation upon the petitioner, the apex court would set that aside, seeing his professional conduct.

The CJI also referred to the kind of language used by the petitioner on Facebook.

**** Why is the Election Commission conducting elections using ballot papers?

Punjab's Chief Electoral Officer, Raj Kamal Chaudhary, has confirmed that the decision to conduct local body elections using ballot papers was taken because a sufficient number of EVMs are currently unavailable. He explained that Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) - the entity responsible for supplying EVMs within the country - was unable to provide the machines to Punjab before May 10. The machines were in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu for the assembly polls.

The election commission stated that had machines been received after that date, a considerable amount of time would have been required to transport them to the districts, train polling staff, and complete technical preparations. This could have potentially led to delays in the election, scheduled on May 26. For this reason, the poll body decided to adopt the ballot paper system.

The Election Commission has prepared a total of 4,200 ballot boxes, including additional reserves, to ensure one box is available for every polling station. The poll body clarified that, according to the Punjab Municipal Elections Rules, 1994, the use of ballot boxes in situations where machines are unavailable is entirely legal.

Or, say voter stood for 4 seconds, but left before 10 seconds, then after turning light OFF, printer can scroll paper back inside. Now if next voter presses Banana, then vvpat can show same print. जिला पुलिस प्रमुख मतलब SP को वोट वापसी कानून के दायरे मे लाना इस कानून का उद्देश् है जिस से पुलिस प्रमुख के कार्य से यदि जनता संतुष्ट नही है तो जनता वोट वापसी पासबुक का उपयोग करके जिला पुलिस प्रमुख को बदलने के लिए अपनी स्वीकृति दे सकते है,
