An ITBP deputy commissioner level officer named Gaurav Prasad takes 50 ITBP constables ASI SI PI etc with guns to Kanpur police commissioner's main office !!!

Reason - kanpur policemen from PI to commissioner were refusing to file FIR from an ITBP head constable , on a medical negligence case !!!

So this is Bharatiya police. Even an ITBP policemen has to ask his CO, and CO has to take crowd of 50 constables with heavy guns, to create an impression. Just to get an FIR filed !!!

I don't know how bad is anger in common men and how bad is general disorder in administration. But imo both are rising.

Immidtate solution is to have usa like 2 year loksabha vidhansabha corporation and increase election form filling duration from 6 days to 60 days ( its 150 days in usa ) . That will increase efficiency of modi raga arke etc . And of course , Rtr police Commissioner and rtr judges.
