And how many people finished MLA election form filling learning exercise that i had asked all to do some 3 months back --- ZERO !!!!

This is what happens when people decide to confine to interesting entertaining work like chats, video etc . And set aside all non entertaining work, like form filling learning, no matter how critically important it may be

In year 1963, center issued notification that exempts Coorg residents from most provisions of arms act enabling them to bear guns without licence.

Each district can ask center to add that district name in that notification

This is one more easier way to bootstrap movement for referendum for weaponization of all people in India

As per the exemption, continuing from the British-era rule, the people from the hill district of Kodagu can posses pistols, revolvers and double-barrelled shotguns without a licence

Added later : as such agreement that Coorgies can keep guns was made between Coorgies and second PM Sayyid Jawaharlal Khan and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in 1948. Law was printed in 1951 and then 1954 and redraft in 1964.
