In this real vvpat vdo, I cant see printing, cutting, falling of paper votes !!
This is REAL govt eci vvpat. Here, I cannot see paper till light turns ON. So vvpat glass is indeed black. And I cant see paper slip printing cutting falling !!!

As such, there are 3 factors- .

outerglass color and transparency

.

Innerglass color transparency

.

Interior color

.

Say both glasses are transparent. But if interior is dark black, then also effect is same.

If paper is behind innerglass and light is OFF , then can voter see the paper ? Imo, no. He cabt see paper with lights off

So for me - when did glass become black is now a CLOSED topic. It was black in some vvpat, less black in some other vvpat - doesnt matter !!!
