Since ages , since 1951, general muslims and elders have said - "imprison cow slaughterers, we support their imprisonment. But if policemen judges minister support cow slaughter, and if 1 out of 1000 muslim does it, what can we 999 muslims do".

Babur had banned cow slaughter. All moguls kept the ban except aurangzeb, who supported cow slaughter for about 5 years, and then he also banned it.

Now before wb elections started, muslims had demanded total ban on cow slaughter. After ekections, muslims elders forced every muslims using community pressure to end cow slaughter. So guess what - now all rss leaders and all rss workers in wb are openly shouting- its legal to slaughter cows older than 14 years !!! And no one checks birth certificates of cows. So all cows in west bengal are now up for slaughter.

So muslims will not slaughter cows in wb. Rss leaders legalized cow slaughter in wb. So now only rss leaders will buy cows at half the price, and slaughter the cows and sell cow meat and export it to israel , Arabia uae dubai china AU etc

So this gobhakti of all 40 lakh rss workers across bharat.

Solution I propose is - usa like every 2 year loksabha vidhansabha corporation elections. And increase form filling duration from 8 days to 45 days ( usa is 150 days). And right to recall over cow minister using optional open range voting. Cow minister will randomly inspect export containers and ensure that export meat is not cow meat.
