(01) over 80% judges are directly elected by people. Mostly, term is 4 years. Sometimes 6 years to 10 years.

(02) for several decades, judges were elected using open vote. Confidential voting came in 1880s

(03) citizens in about 40% districts enacted right to recall over judges

(04) all citizens have guns- so elitemen as a whole, and police judges ministers mp mla

(05) JURY SYSTEM : started in Greece in 600 bc. Today, usa has jurysys. So corruption and nexuses of judges become a lesser factor.

1923 book by Mahatma Vijay Singh Pathik wrote about election of judges. Most political science professors and journalists were paid by elitemen to hide these facts.

(02) to start with, right to recall over 1 tahsil magistrate , 1 district judge , 1 high court judge and 1 supreme court judge.
