Modi rss know that as hindu muslim ratio decreases against hindus, the fear in hindus will increase.

And as fear increases, modi rss know that more hindu will vote for rss = bjp.

Its like lion cat mouse story of hitopadesh-1990. Cat read Hitopadesh-300ad. So cat knows that lion will expel cat if mouse is killed. So cat doesnt kill mouse. Instead, cat brings more mice so that lion has to pay overtime !!!
