Imo, we should put proposed solutuon of "usa like every 2 year loksabha vidhansabha corporation elections" along with , and BEFORE right to recall.

Right to recall appears as new and strange. But 2 year election doesn't look something new. Also, most people do accept that some work gets done only when elections come and moment elections end, loot increases.
