Doubling number of judges from 20k to 40k will end all pending cases in 2 years?

(1) Number of pending cases in bharatiya courts = 5.60 crore

(2) Number of new cases filed on courts = 3.25 crore

(3) Number of cased disposed off = 3.00 crore, about 7% less than new coming cases

So is following true - if number of judges is increased 20000 to 40000 ie doubled, then all pending cases will get disposed in 2 to 3 years ?

And then all cases will get disposed off in 1 year?

Or, find which of the following data or logic is wrong?

(1) to (3) - see above 3 nunbers
.
(4 - Propopsal) double the nunber of judges from 20000 to 40000

(5) so now courts will disposed twice the present number of casss - ie say 6 crore cases a year
.
(6) so backlog casss will get disposed off in 2 to 3 years

(7) then delay for all new cases will be just 1 year

Which sentence seems wrong? And why?

Pls - issue here is not justice or fairness. But will delay end?
