Large number of non silent citizens are also 'problems' - not just mp mla etc
Solution I propose : we should ask every non silent citizen to make his agenda public on fb on pinned post.

Silent citizens dont add noise in politics. The problems are people who are selective speakers ie those who speak on an issue and keep silence on more imp issue.

So solution I propose is - ask all to put his agenda in pinned post on his FB profile. That way, one can see that he is silent on more imp issues.
