Govt of Bharat has defacto blocked SGPC elections since 2016. Last elections were held in 2011. And since then no general elections have been held !!

Solution i propose is - state govt of Punjab can use Punjab SEC. For now, use 2011 election voterlist, plus keshdhari condition for all voters and children of all 2011 voters who are keshdhari. The new body can later remake voterlist.

We need to make it an election issue.

SGPC general elections played very imp role in freedom movement and also very imp role in ending 1975 emergency aka 1975 dictatorship. The elections must continue.
