Vote Counting fraud - when evm or paper ballot count says candidate A got say 50 votes, but person incharge writes 100 votes !!!

Between 1788 and 1884, usa and almost whole world had open voting. So counting fraud was near zero. British brought confidential voting system in AU in 1860 only to implement counting fraud. And after its success, elitemem across world decided to bring confidential voting. British wanted confidential voting in bharat in 1880s. But activists opposed it. So all elections held in bharat between 1870 to 1936 used open voting. British paid academicians , journalists and leaders to defame open voting and so enforcement of confidential voting happened in 1936. This enabled British to decide election results using counting fraud. Congress as a party never participated in elections as long as voting was open. Congress participated in elections only in 1937 after British enforced confidential voting and acquired strength to change results.

Vote dacoity can happen in open voting. Vote purchasing can also happen. But undetected Vote theft is impossible in open voting. Whereas confidential voting system enables elitemen to steal votes and then suppress commons by shouting "do you have votechori proof"?

So RRP manifesto has referendum for OPTIONAL open vote. Each voter will decide whether he wants his Vote to be open or confidential.

Say a candidate has zero funds for counting agents etc. Then can confidential voting system ensure near zero or low counting fraud? How?
