Since ages and ages, we have been campaigning for a law that election form filling duration should be increased from 8 days to 30 days. And once a form is submitted, RO must accept or reject form within 3 working days. So candidate may submit new form.

Now congress rss aap , minaxiben modi raga all never supported this proposed law. WHY NOT? Because this change will benefit small candidates.

Now minaxi didnt tickmark item-5(i) in her form. And this enabled RO to give valid reason to reject form.

Also, rss was going to spend rs 200 crore to buy 15 congress MLA. This may have been reason Shri Digvijay Singhji sir didnt contest ( i genuinely respect Digvijayji because he showed EvmBlackGlass demo to media and peoples ) . But if form is flawed, then cost reduces from rs 200 crore to whatever one person asks - say rs 50 crore ?
