An andolan can be elitemen assisted andolan or pro-poor andolan. There can be no third type.

Because in bharat, where over 70% are defacto poor ( they get contaminated ratio food and thats all ) , if andolan is not pro-poor then none of this 70% will join, unless bikaumediamen fool them.

Now withv30%, who are committed to keep poor , one can only create an illusion of mass movement using bikaumediamen. Eg Janlokpal.

So ask every andolankari if mineral royalty and govt plot rents should be DIRECTLY deposited in citizens' accounts. If he opposes, then andolankari is hardcore anti-poor. And this andolan will go as long as bikaumediamen continue to work.

Now bikaumediamen are paid my mineral land oligopolists. They dont have unlimited money. So sooner or later, they will ask bikaumediamen not to cover andolan.
