BamCef and Vaman Meshramji sometimes support "keep evm with 100% vvpat' proposal and sometimes demand ballot paper.

(2) During municipal elections, BamCef , Vamanji didnt even oppose non vvpat Evm !!!

So i request all BamCef people to ask Vamanji to write clearly on his twitter wall - "100% vvpat is useful" OR write - "100% vvpat is useless". And if useless, then why he thinks 100% vvpat is useless?

Can he give situation where 100% vvpat count will not same as actual vote?
