Say bharat vidhansabha term is made usa like 2 years. Then how can Cm in bharat have 4 year term, under existing framework of 'MLA elect CM'?

One way is direct election of CM. But that will enable person who opposes 2 year MLA term. He gets valid reason to oppose - till we dont have have direct election of CM, lets not have 2 year MLA term till then.

So another way is - say in 2024 MLA elect CM with over 50% majority. Then that CM will go on till MLA elect new CM with over 50% MLA votes. And CM need not be MLA.

So MLA term can be 2 years. And CM term can be 4 years or more. But there will be no instability
