By taking 2002 voterlist as base, modi is defacto giving citizenship to all Bangladeshi who had entered bharat before year 2002 !! And their children !!

If bangladeshi has entered after 1954, he is not citizen. And if his child is born after 1987, then also he is NOT citizen.

My taking 2002 voterlist as base, all crores od bangldeshi became defacto citizens.

Solution - RrpNrc , where banglaseshies living in BD will be rewarded to give names of their relatives in Bharat along with the DNA of relatives in bangladesh. So by matching DNA , bangladeshi can be identified.
