Importance of AMUS
.
A question that has come is
.
(1) we know that existing Congress / BJP / AAP and other MPs have refused to print RTR / TCP etc law-drafts
.
(2) say Right to Recall Party will fields 543 loksabha candidates and they promise to print RTR / TCP etc drafts. Say voters vote for them.
.
Problem-1 : Now after election, say RRP MPs refuse to print the RTR / TCP drafts.
.
So what non-legislative legal METHODS are we proposing to activists and voters to deal with this situation?
.
And there are two BIGGER problems
.
Problem-2 Say new RRP MPs agree to print RTR \ TCP law-drafts but insist that they need time to work out the draft. And then they take endless time.
.
So what non-legislative legal methods are we suggesting to activists / voters to deal with this situation?
.
Problem-3 : Say new RRP MPs print useless RTR \ TCP law-drafts. What non-legislative legal methods are we suggesting to activists / voters to deal with this situation? How will they know that the drafts are useless?
.
And so what non-legislative legal methods can citizens are we suggesting to ensure that the new RRP MPs print useful RTR / TCP draft
..
------------
.
SOLUTION to the three problems I propose are AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh and using hashes.
.
AMUS word includes 100s and 1000s of AMUS who may exist. So it is plural and does NOT mean one AMUS.
.
For AMUS to convince MPs to print RTR / TCP etc drafts. IMO activists need to take following steps
.
(A) Activists need to convince and ensure that at least 45 crore voters have sent the sha1hashes (or bittorrenthases) of the drafts to MPs/PM via SMS or twitter. No hash sending, no action.
.
(B) Activists should convince and ensure that voters have voted ONLY for MPs who have put the HASHES in their manifesto.
.
Now once these two conditions are met, if new MPs refuse to print draft, then AMUS (some few thousand of them) will meet and work to convince MPs using legal and non-violent means.
.
The hashes protect against delay and useless drafts.
.
And the sms / tweet from 45 crore voters becomes order to AMUS to act.
.
Now total action will need not just one but a 1000s of AMUS (a few 1000s, not lakhs). So how to ensure that all 1000s are acting in same direction? Because if they act in different directions, then they may cancel each other out.
.
So one non-solution is --- all AMUS should work under one tall leader i.e. some Kalki. I dismiss that non-solution. Because tall leaders can be killed , subdued, bought etc, And even three Kalkies have failed (Samrat Hemchandra aka Hemu who foght against Akbar, Baji Rao 1 and NaMo - all three are Kalki avataars and failed and is failing to curb foreign powers).
.
So solution I propose is that - 45 crore voters should issue SAME order to 500 to 5000 AMUSes.
.
Now how can 45 crore voters co-ordinate to ensure that they are sending same orders?
.
They dont need to. Each activist can ask voters to send sha1hashes of whatever drafts that that activist and citizen supports via sms / twitter. When count crosses 45 crore voters, it will become order to AMUSes.
.
So two activists need NOT work on same draft. In fact they need not even communicate/
.
Now how will AMUS that count has crossed 45 crores? One method is -- intuition.
.
Are there are any physical methods? There is no way to count sms sent to MPs. There are twitter APIs to get counts of SMS sent to PM / MPs, but twitter APIs dont distinguish between fake and real twitter accounts. Also, only 10% voters in India have twitter account. So twitter is a good estimate.
.
So AMUS will have lo largely depend on intuition to decide whether smsocunt for a given draft has crossed 45 crore or not.
.
So I would request each activist to do following
.
(1) Decide which drafts he likes. Ignore the drafts you dont like
.
(2) Work to convince voters to send hashcodes of those drafts to MPs / PM via twitter / sms. This will need newspaper advt, pamphlets , election contesting etc
.
(3) Ignore MP candidates who have refused to give hashcodes in their manifesto. Support candidates who have given the hashcodes of the law-draft that that activist supports.
.
The activists need NOT co-ordinate with each other at all, except to get drafts and get explanations on drafts. They need not co-ordinate otherwise.
.
Newspaper advt needs co-ordination amongst 50-100 activists to create fund. But pamphlet printing and distribution needs ZERO co-ordination. And election contesting needs activists who are willing to contest elections and the activists who dont want to contest election should support the activist who is contesting election, provided their manifesto have the hashcodes of the DRAFTS that the activist is supporting.
.
Now, can we solve The Three Problems, without hashes and AMUS? IMO, no. IMO, AMUS are must for final end game. And hashes are must to convince AMUS that over 45 crore voters have given orders.
.
There are other methods, which need many many activists to support one draft, one leader, one website and so on. Supporting one chosen draft has problem --- how to convince activist via writeups and not via phonecalls to subtract time on other drafts he is working on so that he can give time for that one chosen draft. And one leader has known problem. And one website has same problem --- after all, website is owned by one person who can be killed, bought, subdued or his website can be disabled or takenover by govts.
.
So solutions I propose to The Three End Problems are AMUS and using hashcodes in sms / tweets.
