UK installed a procedure in 1000 AD that ALL deaths involving police actions will be examined by Jury or 5 to 15 citizens chosen at random. It is called as Coronor's Jury or Coronor's Trial. (Pls google on Coronor Jury). |

It is still used in USA. All deaths involving police action, be death of policeman or accused or any bystander gets examined by Jury of 5 to 10 citizens chosen at random. And these Jurors can ask question. And if they recommend a trial, then trial is decided by Jury of 12 citizens.

IMO, we should install same procedure. All deaths involving police actions should be screened by a Jury (and NOT corrupt / nepotic / nexused judges). Pls note that SoMoKe and SoMoKe-andhbhagats have opposed Jury Trials on deaths involving police actions or even other deaths such as cold blooded murders.

As per the specific case of encounters of SIMI terrorists, I propose same above procedure, No difference.

Also, the trials of even terrorists goes on for months and months. And so chances that they can escape increases. Solution I propose is Jury Trials and narcotest in public. It is shame on SoMoKe, CoBhAp leaders, SoMoke-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers that they oppose narcotest onj public even in cases of terrorism !!!

Those who want Jury Trials and narcotest in public should dump SoMoKe and their andhbhagats for good. Instead, they should work to publicize law-drafts that bring Jury Trials and narcotest in public.
