Solution I propose to fake encounters of terrorists --- expel judges, use Jury Trials in terrorism cases and use narcotest in public in terrorism cases

(why SoGa / NaMo / ArKe oppose narcotest in public even in terrorism cases? read below).

Many times, policemen have opportunity to arrest terrorists, but instead they prefer to shoot the terrorists. And sometimes Ministers also order them not to arrest, but to shoot.
.
The main reason is --- most judges are corrupt and so they elongate the trial for months and years so that their relatives lawyers get huge money. And many times, corrupt judges also acquit terrorists !!! Almost always, judges oppose narcotest in public.

And even after death sentence, the judges elongate the actual execution. eg Judges got bribe and had delayed execution of Kasab for months and years. And all along, he got all five star facilities !!! Finally, he died due to depression and dengue (depression makes dengue severe), and so fake execution was done to cover the fact that he died due to dengue !!!

Even in Nirbhaya case, the judges are delaying execution of 4 criminals (one was freed because SoMoKe refused to amend juvenile law and one was killed in prison because he was going to reveal many secrets and later his death was labeled as a suicide).

Now in Madhya Pradesh case (31-oct-2016) , the terrorists had killed one policeman during escape. So policemen were angry and wanted to assure that criminals die. But the policemen were worried that corrupt judges may acquit them. And it is possible that policemen directly went for a kill rather than arrest. And it is also possible that resistance from terrorists was serious and so policemen had no option but to kill.

I see no point in criticizing policemen. If policemen had arrested them, chances are high that corrupt judges would have taken 10 years to execute them and may even had released some of them !!

But at the same time, fake encounters must end.

Solution I propose is that - when terrorism related cases is going on,judges should be expelled and trial should be done via Jurors. Some 1500 Jurors should called at random from voter list, and after examining all evidences and narcotest in public, the Jurors can decide. The High Court and Supreme Court too should have Jury System for such cases.

In India, SoGa / NaMo . ArKe have opposed narcotest in public even in terrorism cases. Why? Because if people come to know about narcotest in public, then people will demand narcotest in public even in corruption cases !!! And in such cases, corruption will reduce and thats something SoMoke cant tolerate, Because their parties all run on corruption ONLY.

So I would request all activists dump SoMoKe and SoMoKe-andhbhagats, And instead they should work to publicize law-drafts such as Jury System and narcotest in public.
