Using temples, mosques, churches (not gurudwara) etc to convert black Rs 500 notes into white Rs 2000 notes
.
Most large black money hoarders have affiliations with temples, mosques or churches
.
So they can deposit all their black Rs 500 notes into temple \ mosque \ church donation box. and claim that all donations came during Diwali time. And then temple etc trustees can deposit them in bank.
.
And later withdraw new Rs 2000 cash notes and show them all them as expenses and give them back to donors/
.
Gurudrawa dont indulge in such practice as Gurudrawa heads are elected and all expenses are highly scruitinized by all local Sikhs.
.
Temples charge some 5% to 10% for such transfers
.
Now they may charge some 15% to 20%.
.
