All land owners include companies, trusts, missionaries, Rockefellar Foundation, temples, mosques, gurudwara, collages etc. And also put names of all shareholders and all trustees on same GoI website

eg if you type name Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta and enter my voterID, then the GoI website should show you

(1) All flats I own
(2) All plots I own directly , or via owning flats
(3) All plots I own via trusts / companies (eg I am trustee in one trust which has office of 1100 sqf and so website should show that as well)
(4) The website should also show circle rates etc

And give ENTIRE data of whole India on DVDs to anyone for cost of DVDs. Make torrent downloads of this data legal.

This will cause zero disruption to white economy. Zero loss to any poor. Zero loss to any genuine businessman / industrialists etc.
