If names of ALL trustees and lands their trusts comes out, one may be able to see that Queen of England , via Church of England and 10s of Trusts , is the biggest real estate owner in India !!!

In 1945 - 1947, British had given tons of plots to families which were loyal to British, and also to several churches

And in 1947, after freedom, they forced Indian leaders to print a law that "ownership of land obtained before 15-aug-1947 will NOT be questioned by GoI, except in private disputes" !!!

And some families like B funded congress, some funded CPM !!! And so on.

The so called benami property act will NOT effect Queen and her land and other plots held by Missionaries and T / B / S etc trusts. Because all their land has clear titles several years old

Their modus operandi was --- the land will be converted into NA using townplanning , and then prices will go several times. They will sell that land and buy new land on border of city. As city expands, the land bought will be sold for 10 to 50 times the price after a few years.

Thats why, one of the Right to Recall party proposal is to names of ALL land owners on web with list of plots they own themselves or vis trusts / companies etc.

And this is the proposal that SoMoKe (SoGa / NaMo / Arke, one and the same) have opposed again and again. And Every SoMoke-andhbhagat has been opposing this proposal. Every Congress / BJP / AAP / RSS / BST worker has also opposed this proposal !!!

One the list comes, one can build the case of wealth tax, which lower the land value and thus increase growth. And one can also build case of "deemed auction on every sale of land" law-draft. Both these laws are opposed by SoMoKe and their andhbhagats.

SOLUTION?

I request all true nationalist activists to publicize the law-draft that would put names of all land owners with sizes / values of plots they own, and also publicize wealth tax law-draft. And for that, please work with Right to Recall party, and pls dump SoMoKe and SoMoke-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers
