Why corruption doesnt decrease even by 0,5% due to removal of high notes --- will removal high notes reduce price of TV and other goods? And will printing higher demomination double their prices?

Why corruption happened ?
.
Because say I am an IAS / IPS / judges / Minister and you are some criminals or businessman etc
.
I have power to harass you or give you benefits at cost of nation. And so you have to pay bribe of Rs 1 lakh per month
.
Now will changing denomination change amount I charge? NO. The bribe amount depends on how much damage I can cause on you or how much nefarious gains I can pass to you.

So for a while, I may decrease bribes because you are broke due to demonetization. But as market recovers, I will charge same Rs 1 lakh as before.

As an analogy, say law comes that everyone will have to buy goods by cash and not by cheque. So everyone uses Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in large quantity, and along with Rs 100 notes. Now suddently, Rs 1000 notes are banned, So will price of TV reduce to half? NO. And if along with Rs 1000 notes, if GoI prints Rs 2000 notes, then will price of TV double ? NO.

Because maount of labor and material needed to make TV doesnt go half just because Rs 1000 note is banned and doesnt go 10 times when Rs 10000 note will come !!!

Let me give another example. Say battery has 10 volts and resistor is 2 ohm, and connection consists of 5 copper wires of thickness 10 mm each. So current is 10 / 2 = 5 amperes. . And each wire carries currecnt of 1 ampere. So if I remove 4 wires, will current drop to 1 ampere? NO !! Because current depends on potential battery creates and resistance that resistor creates. The copper wire is just a carrier !!!

So what demonetization changes is
.
(1) Till now, IAS / IPS / judges /Ministers etc used to take cash bribes, keep Rs 5 crore as cash in Rs 500 notes, and when bribe accumulation crosses Rs 5 crore, I take gold and then I take land
.
(2) Now, they will take cash bribes, keep only Rs 50 lakh cash and immediately buy gold. And when bribe accumulation crosses Rs 5 crore, I take gold and then I take land. And they will keep all their ash in Rs 50 notes. And dont waste time on Jetley's statements that he will regulate gold. There is NO way to stop gold smuggling and NO way to stop unaccounted gold hoarding.

So get real folks. Pls work to publicize laws which ACTUALLY reduce power of bad Ministers / judges / IAS etc to harass and pass nefarious gains, and at the same time doesnt reduce ability of good officer etc to work. Such REAL changes will reduce corruption. Not such gimmicks like banning Rs 500 notes and rs 1000 notes overnight !!!

So pls work to publicize law-drafts like Right to recall, Jury System etc. And pls dont waste time on SoMoKe and their 2 bit Arthkranti proposals that note banning reduces corruption.
