Difference between mentality of Recallists and ideology of (SoMoKe-andhbhagats , rightists, leftists, CoBhApSwaRa-workers)
.
(SoMoKe-andhbhagats , rightists, leftists, CoBhApSwaRa-workers) cite --- people pay bribe even to get right things in Govt because they want to get their work done fast and dont want to wait
.
Recallists' mentality is -- The officers manage to squeeze bribes even in right cases because law enables them to delay and force the applicant to wait, and thus force him to pay the bribes
.
Same situation. Do you see any difference in the mentality of recallist and ideology of rightsists, leftists, SoMoKe-andhbhagats etc?
