A far better to stop fake ISI notes in India - give machines to all banks (and all private players who want) that would scan banknote serial numbers and report to RBI server ; and use narcotest in public on those found with fakenotes.

The hoax or real fear of fake note is used to rationalize demonetization (the real motive is to benefit foreign bankers). But if fake note was the reason, the a far far cheaper solution is to use serial number scanners and reporters at all bank branches

How will the system I proposed may work?

(1) Each bank can be given a machine which will test the note and also scan serial number and report the serial numbers to RBI servers. The machine can also take picture of person who is giving notes

(2) The bank will scan notes thru machines both the times --- at the time of taking notes as well as giving notes

(3) The RBI server sill check if a serail number which doenst exist has appeared OR whether two bank branches have notes with same serial numbers

(4) Later , all GoI offices can be asked to use this machine

(5) The GoI can also encourage those private parties who take cash to keep such machines.

So if person tries to inject fake notes, and when that fake note reaches some bank or GoI office or bank, the serial number scanner can alert the policemen. If a person has too many notes in possessions, then the Jurors can also take his narcotest in public,

Using these means, fakenotes can be reduced.

The final solution is to bomb the place / country which manufactures fakenotes.

But motive behind demonetization is different. The motive is to weaken India's small / middle businessmen / manufacturers so that FDI bringers can compete with ease. And also cause fall in land prices so that Mauritius companies can buy land, and later sell as higher prices one year later, and reap almost tax free huge profits !!!

SOLUTION?
.
The reason why previous and existing RBI Governor is not putting such note scanners is because most RBI Gov are corrupt. The past one was more interested in looting temple gold. and this one is more interested in making deals with co-operative banks for note-exchange !!!

So solution I propose is - Right to Recall over RBI Governor. Once this law-draft comes, citizens can find an RBI Gov who is interested in such solution.
