How CAs are converting Rs 500 notes into gold !!!

Say man named Rich has Rs 500 notes worth Rs 1 crore
.
Say a guy named Poor has cheque income of Rs 80000 per year.
.
So Rich asks Poor to open a savings account in same branch where a gold seller has his bank account !!!
.
Rich gives Rs 120,000 to poor in Rs 120,000 notes
.
Poor deposits Rs 120,000 of Rs 500 notes ( Rs 40000 split over 2 days with 1 day gap).
.
Poor writes cheque of Rs 110000 to gold seller --- instant transfer as both have account in same branch and same bank !!!

Gold seller writes "gold sold to Poor" bill and gives gold to Rich !!!

Some CAs are asking Rich to open bank account for Poor, and take net banking,
.
So Poor deposits Rs 120,000 cash of old notes given by Rich.
.
So Rich immediately does RTGS using net banking to gold seller !!!
.
The problem is that net banking takes 15 days to start !!!

Some CAs are asking Rich to ask Poor to open savings bank account in bank branch which sell gold coins !!! So poor buys gold coins, and gives it to rich and Rich gives him instant Rs 500 cash notes !!!

The co-operative banks are very co-operative about this !!! .
