.
Can be a temporary problem due massive changes in tax laws. If so, then nothing to worry - it will go away by oct. But i suspect problem is due to long term reason and not just tax law change. The long term reason is --- REAL industrial productivity and REAL engineering education in India is poor and has been worsening since 1991 COMPARED to China / USA. And so they are far LESS UNPRODUCTIVE than us. And so imo problem is long term. And imo more decline may come unless activists work to "convince" (or "force"?) print law-drafts that will improve REAL industrial productivity and REAL engineering education.
