Narcotest in public on heads of Gorakhpur Hosital (where 70 kids died)

Kids' deaths in Gorakhpur Hospital --- heads of hospital / dept should be narcotested in public to know if the payment of oxygen was stopped due to bribe and if cyliners were ever stolen etc

The rumor mill says normal bribe in liquid oxygen purchase was 10% and supplier used to pay that. But all of a sudden, the head of hospital and others raised it to 15% !! The sipplier refused to pay a penny more than 10% and so payments were blocked
.
The liquid oxygen supplier wrote in jun that he will stop supply by 1-aug if payments till may end are not cleared. And not a penny was released. And he reduced supply on 3-aug and stopped completely on 7-aug. And then hospital also ran out of cylinders because cyliner supplier too didnt want to supply at 15% bribe cut

Why was bribe cut raised? Did Yogi asked for more money then Akhilesh? Was bribe increase approved by Yogiji? (all cuts were decided by CM during congress / sp / basp raaj. I dont know if system has changed).

Only way to find is --- narcotest in public on key accused

There are 70 dead bodies and narcotest does NO harm. So I request SoMoKe and congress / rss / aap workers etc to stop this human right nonsense that they keep cacophoning against narcotest. And the doctor should be chosen by Jurors (because judges are more corrupt than these hospital heads).

If you support the narcotest in public So dont waste time and hopes on SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and congress / rss / aap workers. They have been cacophoning since ages and ages that "narcotest in public is bad bad bad ... it is against human rights ... it is against constitution .... supreme court judges have opposed narcotest ... narcotest does huge damage on health of accused .... blah blah blah ". Their cacophony against narcotest is worse than arguments terrorists give to rationalize their acts.

If you support the narcotest in public So dont waste time and hopes on SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and congress / rss / aap workers. Pls publicize the proposal to narcotest accused in public in murder trials and all major crimes.
