50 kids dying in Hospital due to non-payment of oxygen bill --- solution I propose is Right to Recall State Health Minister and Jury System over Health Ministry staff and Jury System over Hospital Staff, and narcotest in public in high corruption cases.

The reason why Hospital Chairman dont pay bills in time is because they want a HUGE cut in payments and sometimes the supplier doesnt want to pay that much cut. And so the Chairman delays the bill payment

And a BIG portion of bribes Chairman collect go to CMs , Health Ministers etc. All congress / rss / aap leaders take such cuts.

And imo all talks of accountability etc is NONSENSE and ONLY story telling.

And pls note that SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and ALL congress / rss / aap workers have ALWAYS opposed RTR / Jury / narcotest since ages and ages.

So if YOU want to reduce the mess, then pls publicize RTR-law-drafts and Jury-law-drafts. Pls dont waste time and hopes on SoMoKe and congress / rss / aap workers.
