Some general instructions about proposed law-drafts

(1) The proposed law-draft file CANNOT have phno or link to any private person or website. The links can be ONLY to govt website such as mygov. and if you are referring to any proposed law-draft, you can give link to mygov and sha1 hash, but NOT link to any private website

(2) the law-draft text pdf should not have any appeal to voters to send sms or tweets

(3) Sending sms to a PRIVATE number is imo complete waste of time. And sending sms to mp is good ONLY if you dont have smartphone and tweeter, which is almost zero these days. So AFAIS, tweets to @PmoIndia will suffice, There is no need to send sms anymore,. The tweet must be to @PmoIndia. And you may put #CmStates or #Mayors if the tweet is related to state / city / district govts.

(4) tweets to @PmoIndia should NOT have links to private website. There can be links ONLY to mygov
