The manipulation technique should be so that with LESS than 100-200 active persons, one should be be able to manipulate lakhs of EVMs

The method Bhardwaj suggests is to put a secret passcode in the EVM CPU code, and that passcode can be say "12561" followed by prefered candidate number.

Now candidate number is obtained ONLY some 10-20 days before actual voting. And some 30 days before actual voting, EVMs are in strongrooms and under police / staff survellience. So accessing lakhs of EVMs some 10-20 days before voting is NOT possible. And a party worker o agent can be sent to booth to press passcode. Butt then information will leak to 1000s and lakhs of party workers. Again, this is unviable.

Instead , Hariprasad technique is viable. Here, one part of EVM such as display needs to be replaced with original display, and can be replaced months and years before poll , even when candidate# is not known. This can be done with lakhs of EVMs when EVMs are being shipped from BEL to Collector's offices across India. BEL and ECIL togather send some 540-600 trucks to collectors' offices across India. Each truck will carry 100-600 EVMs. The truck will take say 4 days to go and 4 days to return, say 10 days per trip. So one truck can make some 30 trips per year.

BEL cannot send all EVMs to all 600 collectors in one day , and EVMs are manufactured at the rate of some 1000 -3000 per day. .So with 20 trucks, 30 trips per year, one can supply EVMs to all Collectors' across India.

So one can take trucking contract , and put 3 men to change display of EVMs oin each truck. Say truck has 400 EVMs. Say men work 6 hours a day. Then in 360 minutes, one man can change display of say 40 EVMs. So 3 men can change display of 120 EVMs in one day. So within 4 days, they can change display of all 400 EVMs !!

So 20 trucks, 3 men per truck, totaling 60 men, and they can change display of 400 EVMs. And in 600 trips in one year, they can change EVMs of 400 * 600 = 2,40,000 = over 2 lakh EVMs. So if display of all 10 lakh EVMs have to be changed, then also one doesnt need more than 500 men.

It is possible for CIA or Mossad etc to get 500 committed men to change displays,. And how can CIA get trucking contracts? Simple --- put a tender below cost !!! All genuine ones will put tender above cost. Say cost is Rs 20000 per truck trip. Then CIA can put tender of Rs 15000 and get ALL truck trip tenders

IOW, changing displays of lakhs of EVMs is viable. Instead of showing that method and EXPLAINING THAT DISPLAYS CAN BE CHANGED IN TRUCKS, one can convince voters to stop EVM use. Instead, AAP proposes "passcode in EVM" trick, which is a useless trick.

My point is - from day-1 , I have been saying AAP's opposition to EVM is farce just like Congress / BSP etc opposing EVMs. So if you are anti-EVM , pls stay away from Congress / RSS / AAP, and pls work with us RIght to recall Party
