If following data becomes PUBLICLY available, then it may be (may be) possible to prove that EVMs were rigged
.
(1) List of ALL candidates' name, their parties in all constituencies in UP, Punjab, Goa in the EXACT order as they appeared in ballot paper, and TOTAL votes they got in their constuencies.
.
column 1 - serial number
column 2 - Loksabha constituency name
column 3 - Assembly constituency name
column 4 - number of voters in that assembly constituency
column 5 - voters in that assembly constituency who voted
column 6 - candidate number
column 7 - candidate name
column 8 - party name
column 9 - votes he got
.
Some 550 assembly seats were contested , and some 5000 candidates had contested, So the above data will have 5000 rows. And say one constituency had 10 candidates. Then 11 rows (10 candidates and one NOTA) will be there for this constituency.
.

.
(2) List of all ALL EVMs with their serial numbers, manufacturing dates, last maintenance dates, and votes that that specific EVM obtained for ALL candidates, and number of muslim voters in that booth and number of ST/SC voters in that booth where that EVM was used
.
column 01 - state
column 02 - Loksabha constituency name
column 03 - Assembly constituency name
column 04 - booth#
column 05 - EVM serial number
column 06 - manufacturing Date
column 07 - last maintancance date
column 08 - total number of voters in that booth
column 09 - number of muslim voters
column 10 - number of SC / ST voters
column 11 - number of voters who voted
column 12 - candidate number
column 13 - candidate name
column 14 - party name
column 15 - votes candidate got
.
Now there are 100,000 booths in UP. And each seat had 10 candidates. So above data will have some 10 lakh rows for UP !!!

Using some data analytics one may be able to dig a pattern, and that pattern may point to some rigging.
