RTE (aka Right to Education ) is tool created by SoMoKe, CoRaAp-leaders and CoRaAp-workers to extort money from private school owners and usurp their schools' lans and whole schools.RTE act was printed by Congress in 2012, but BJP MPs had whole heartedly supported it,. And as of today, Modiji supports RTE act.

(CoRaAp = Congress / RSS / AAP . RSS = RSS + BJP , just as Gangadhar = Gangadhar + Shaktimaan).

Modiji has now ordered Gujarat CM to increase RTE quota in private school so that private schools owners can be harassed more and forced to give more bribes.

As per the annual budget, the education department had reserved 60,000 seats across 8,613 private schools in the state.

FLOODED WITH a record number of 82,899 approved applications against only 60,000 seats under the Right to Education (RTE) Act’s 25 per cent reservation rule in private schools across the state, Gujarat education department is planning to add an additional 20,000-22,000 seats this time. Sickening.

On one hand, Modi-andhbhagats call themselves rightists and then they use same Congress's psuedo-socialist means like RTE to extort money from private businesses. .
.
The education to poor can be improved by law-drafts like Right to recall District Education Officer, JurySys over Education Staff, Satyaa System etc. And wealth tax so that land prices falls and making new school becomes cheaper. And print laws so that more private schools come so that competition between private schools increase.

Forcing private schools to take poor students doesnt improve education of even 5% of poor children and it only enables SoMoKe, CoRaAp-leaders and CoRaAp-workers to extort more and more bribes, and also lower quality of private schools. Pls publicize these law-drafts. Pls dont waste time on SoMoKe and CoRaAp.
