Law-drafts that can reduce naxal problems

(1) MRCM - distribute all mineral royalties and land rent from govt land equally into accounts of ALL citizens of India. This will reduce land price and increase industries
.
(2) Right to Recall District Police Chief, Jury System over Policemen -- this will lower corruption in policemen to US level or below. And will increase efficiency of policemen
.
(3) Right to Recall judges , Jury System - corruption in courts will reduce
.
(4) Wealth tax - this will reduce land prices and increase industrialization, will reduce unemployment
.
With these laws, support that naxals have amongst citizens will reduce. And as their support reduces, it will becomes easier for policemen to arrest / encounter them.

These law-drafts are more than sufficient to reduce naxal problems.

Left to SoMoke, we will only see some gradual changes. And things may start worsening if unemployment doesnt reduce.
