We should NOT decide pass/fail for Modiji based on JK problem , but decide pass/fail based on change in level of naxal problem, corruption / ineffeiciency in administration / courts in general. (which means same grade as MMS - super fail)

One cant decide students' pass fail based on how he scored on very difficult problems. But one can decide based on how he scored on easy problems.

JK problem was a difficult problem. So if Modiji has failed to reduce that problem, that doesnt mean a failure per se.

But Naxal problem was easy one. And the task of reducing corruption in Indian police / courts across India to US level was a trivially easy problem. And raising efficiency of administration to US level was also a TRIVIALLY easy task. all this could have been done in few months. And now almost 3 years has passed since Modiji became PM. And we see massive real gimmicks like notebandi, massive verbal gimmicks like "make in India, start up India, stand up India, left right India, about turn India, peechemud India" and so on.

Naxal problem has following trivial solution.- print following law-drafts
.
(1) MRCM - equal distribution of mineral royalties, GOI land
.
(2) RTR over Police Chief, District judge, HCjs, SCjs
.
(3) Jury System over Policemen, Jury System in all criminal cases, all civil cases
.
(4) RTR over Education Ministers, PM/CMs, RTR over District Education Officer, Jury System over Education Dept staff
.
(5) wealth tax over land / construction and all forms of wealth except intellectual property minus income tax paid
.
(6) abolition of regressive taxes like excise, gst, vat, service tax
.
With these law-drafts, Naxal probkem will get solved within a few months.

But instead of printing law-drafts, all we see is gimmiks, gimmiks and more gimmicks.

Notebandi was supposed to end stone throwing in JK and end Naxal problem. Notebandi paralyzed whole nation for 2-4 months, and so it also paralyzed stone throwers and naxals for a few months. As re-monetization happened, we see naxal problem rising and stone pettling reaching new height.

So my request to activists is
.
(1) From 2004 to 2014, Shri Modiji, RSS (*) leaders and RSS-workers convinced (or fooled?) you all to oppose RTR , Jury System etc and told you that "RTR , Jury, wealth tax etc are useless and KalkiPurush Tritaya NaMo will solve all problems WITHOUT RTR , Jury, Wealth tax etc

( * RSS = RSS + BJP , just as Gangadhar = Gangadhar + Shaktimaan )

(2) Three years have passed - naxal problem hasnt reduced much, JK problem is at same or higher level, and corruption in policemen / courts / education across India is at same level
.
(3) Some computerization happened that that improved efficiency and reduced corruption. But that has been happening since 1985. eg railway reservation was computerized in 1985 and we saw that corruption in railway reservation reduced within months.

Other than that, it is as usual,.

So my request to ALL activists of India is that they should stop wasting hopes on SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and stop wasting hopes on Congress / RSS / AAP workers.

And instead pls work to publicize law-drafts such as RTR PM, RTR CMs, RTR judges, RTR District Police Chiefs, RTR District Education Officer, Jury Syste, TCP = referendum, wealth tax, removal of GST and so on. Only these law-drafts will fix India. Pls dont waste hopes and time on SoMoKe and CoRaAp workers
