How Lakhs of EVMs can be rigged by 10 men at top and ground staff of just 100-200 !!

The EVMs are shipped from Bangalore to Collectors' offices across India. CIA or anyone, by forcing or bribing men at top, can take contract to ship EVMs from Banglore to Collectors' offices. Each truck will have 100-500 EVMs and will take 2-4 days to reach DC's office. The EVMs are sealed only 15 days before voting, And EVMs inside truck are unsealed.

Inside truck the technician can open the 100s of EVMs, And he can replace the original display with duplicate display as shown in the 5 images

The duplicate display has capability of taking command from radio wave sender. The sender at a distance of 1 km and send order to EVMs to reduce votes of all candidates by say 20% and add those votes to say candidate# K. And within one second all 1000-2000 EVMs in collector's office will change their votes !!! So with staff of just 100-200, CIA or someone as powerful, can rig lakhs of EVMs in India.

Now consider rigging paper ballots. One would need 2-4 criminals per booth. Loksabha elections have some 10 lakh booths. To rig 100,000 booths, one would need 2 lakh criminals. This is impossible number.

Why VVPAT is useless

VVPAT is useless because ECI has till refused to issue guidelines to count printouts. IOW, prinout is collected, shown to voter, but never counted !! So say,
.
(a) you press button#1
(b) VVAP shows you candidate#1
(c) EVM registers vote for candidate#2
(d) only EVM vote is counted !!
(e) paper printouts are NOT counted at all !!!
.
So what the voter saw on VVPAT was just show --- literally !!!
.
ECI says that VVPAT may be counted if court orders !!
.
That will take months and years
.
And meanwhile the box carrying printouts can be replaced. Or the thermal printouts may fade.

So pls end this EVM and VVPAT nautanki.

We people of India have to decide whether EVM should be used or paper ballot should be used.
