ECI has refused to give procedures underwhich RO will decide whether VVPAT should be counted or not !!!

in other word, ECI says votes counted by EVM will be final, and the printouts of votes will NOT be counted , unless there is court order !!!

And court may take 1 year to order

And printouts are thermal printer output which in general fade away within months !! You have have seen that with credit card reciepts which often fade away in months,

So will printouts get counted? ECI doesnt clarify

How long will paper print remain before it fades out? ECI doesnt clarify !!

And ECI and ECI-andhbhagats say that "VVPAT makes EVMs untemperable" !!
