Permission of returning officer aka govt officer under election commissioner is needed for election advertisement !!!!

This new rule printed by election commissioners, in the name of "reducing unfairness in election" is a big joke !! Not only it is mockery of free speech , it only encourage dishonestly paidnews. Because using paidnews, the political leaders like SoMoKe can get whatever they want to get printed. Whereas honest candidate, who wants to officially give paid advertisement , will have to first ask babu to approve it !!!

Most govt officers are corrupt. So obviously, they will clamp down on advertisement of honest indepedent candidates.The candidate of large parties like CoBhAp are all corrupt anyway, and govt officers need NOT fear their getting elected.

Chances that independent will win are almost zero. But using newspaper advertisments, the independent candidates were able to get important messages to voters. Now that channel is seriously damaged due to new fatwa of election commission.
