Pls download and study Mauritius treaty 1983 and Amenments NaMo has proposed in year 2016.
.
Though treaty was signed by Devi Indira Amma in 1983, the treaty remained on paper because Devi Indira Amma stopped Mauritius from investing even one penny in India !!! So all tax exemptions that treary provides remained inapplicable. Rajiv Gandhiji too did NOT allow any investments.

But after CIA murdered Devi Indira Amma and then Rajiv Gandhiji, the US puppies PVNR and MMS allow Mauririus companies to invest heavily in India and get tons of tax exemptions.

NaMo too has supported this treaty, But after Rajiv Dixitje campaigned against it, and after I gave several newspaper advertisments against it in Gujarat, some drama was needed. So NaMo made changes in treaty, but changes are all cosmetic and core is intact !!!

Soorpanakha Ghandy and Mahatma Arvind Gandhi too has supported this treaty. All Congress, BJP, AAP, RSS, BST workers too have supported it, All SoGa / NaMo / ArKe andhbhagats too have supported this treaty.
