Many moons ago, one political analyst told me that "a leftist may be a misguided fool, and may correct himself when wisdom comes to him ; but a rightist is always an opportunist crook with no spine and no convictions, and only self interest and instinct of self preservation and self advancement" !!! And he gave examples of freedom movement --- almost all committed men like Bhagat Singh etc were harcore leftists, Subhash Bose was more lefist than rightist, while all rightists like Gandhi, Vallabhbhai Patel etc stayed loyal to British till last days. I dismiss all this words like rightist , leftist etc. But what he said about rightist is turning out be more true than he said.

The rightmost rightist in India, NaMo KalkiPurush, has ordered Gujarat CM Vijabhai Rupaniji to print a law in which about 80000 persons, who have ILLEGALLY occupied Govt land since 2011 or before, will become LEGAL owner of that land !!! And how much will they have to pay? Mere 5% to 50% of the market price !!! IOW, this rightmost rightist, like EVERY rightist in India, is just an opportunist crook.

If their illegal encrochment is 25sqmt, then they need to pay ONLY 10% of the circle rate. And circle rate is 50% or lesser of market price. And if the plot area is 50sqmt, then they need to pay only 15% of circle rate. If plot is below 250 sqmt, then they need to pay ONLY 70% of circle rate i.e. 35% of market rate !! For plot above 250 sqmt, it is 100% of circle rate.

Gujarat govt clears ordinance to regularise residential encroachments

The ordinance will apply to five cities — Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Jamnagar.

The Gujarat government on Wednesday allowed an ordinance — to facilitate regularisation of nearly 75,000 residential encroachments on land vested with the government under the provisions of the Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act, 1976 (ULCR Act) — to be sent to Governor O P Kohli for clearance. The ordinance will apply to five cities — Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Jamnagar.

The decision in this regard was taken during a state Cabinet meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani here.
Announcing the decision, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, in the presence of Revenue Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, said the ordinance will be sent to the Governor within two days. He said that people who have residential property on such land will have to submit their applications within three months of the notification of the ordinance.

Patel said that under the provisions of ULCR Act, which was repealed in 1999, around 1.49 crore sq m land was vested with the Gujarat government as surplus land. Out of that, he added, there were encroachments on 52.80 lakh sq m land, out of which nearly 33.88 lakh sq m land had residential encroachments.

The ordinance proposes to regularise encroachments on 33.88 lakh sq m land where people have built residential structures and which are not sub-judice.

We at Right to Recall Party opposed such handover. We at Right to Recall Party had always proposed that ALL Govt land should be rented and rent should be divided equally amongst all citizens, And as per encroached land, the rent will be lower depending on number of years they have been living, but rent will rise every year by 5% and so within 20 years, it will become at par with market rent. This law-draft we have proposed is DDMRACM = MRCM .

SoMoke have always opposed such law-draft. And so did SoMoKe-andhbhagats, NaMo , BJP-leaders, NaMk-andhbhagats etc always projected themselves as "rightists" who dont believe in such "free" "giveaways". And now they are giving away some 33 lakh sqmt of govt land for good for a price of as low as 5% to 50% of market price !!!

And the proposal may get extended on much larger land in Gujarat and also perhaps whole of India !!!
