Bail order to Sahabuddin ... yawn yawn yawn ... - solution we propose (and SoMoKe oppose) --- (a) narcotest in public in all murder cases (b) Jury Trial (c) RTR over district police chiefs, district judges,m district public prosecutors

The man was in prison for over 10 years. During those 10 years, we had congress + laloo govt and then we had nitihsh + bjp govt and we had nitish + laloo govt. And all govts decided to go slow in this cases. Reason is simple --- Sahabuddin was paying Laloo, nitish, congress, bjp etc leaders in cash and in kind.

.The HCjs too had power to hand over the case to CBI or appoint SIT and special prosecutor. But HCjs didnt. And SCjs didnt. Simple reason. Payments to relative lawyers.

IOW, this is classic case of "sab mile hue hain".

Solution?
.
Since 2004, we at RRG have proposed that narcotest in public should be made compulsory in all murder case. But sadly, SoMoKe have always opposed it and so all CoBhApSwaRa-workers and SoMoKe-andhbhagats oppose it.
.
(SoMoKe = SoGa / NaMo / ArGandhi one and same on all issues , CoBhApSwaRa = Congress, BJP, AAP, BST, RSS)
.
And in addition, we should force MPs to print laws such as RTR judges, RTR District police chiefsm RTR public prosecutors etc
Again, SoMoKe, CoBhApRa-leaders, CoBhApSwaRa-workers, SoMoKe-andhbhagats etc have opposed these laws.

So solution is that activists should propose these laws, and dump SoMoKe and their andhbhagats for good.
