In 1700s, Sikhs were mere 5% of total population of large part of Afghanistan + Pakistan + India's Punjab etc. But they were able to control that area. JK has 32% Hindu / Sikh population. Why cant they control just JK?

Because they had SGPC like structure over all gurudwara
.
My point is --- create SGPC like structure over ALL hindu sects / temples in India.
.
So the Hindus in JK will become strong enough that these 30% Hindus + Sikhs will be able to have peace in JK without any CRPF / Army etc.

Another reason is --- today, secessionists in JK get help from USUK. And SGPC has been hijacked by USUK agents like Badal.
.
Solution to that is --- elect Gurudwara heads and Golden Temple heads DIRECTLY , have RTR over them and also have Jury System inside guridwara. The indirect elections in SGPC has enabled USUK agents like Badal to hijack whole SGPC.

So by creating SGPC like structure over Hindu sects / temples and by improving SGPC, it is possible to force peace in JK , without CRPF and Army, even though Hindu population is just 30%,
