The unfixable (or whats the fix?) problem in private cellno / website to gather verifiable opinion - I can lower the cunt by hiding "support" SMSes. SOLUTION?

Say I am owner of a private cellno C and a private website W. And I have following system in place
.
(step-1) any voter V can register his voterid V on my website W by sending sms on my cellno C
.
(step-2) he can submit any proposal P and get id for the proposal. Say id for proposal P is P
.
(step-3) Then any voters V1, V2, ...V1000, ... V100000 can send sms supporting or opposing P, and I will display them with voterid on my website

(step-4) lets say there are no legal issues in displaying voterids and their SMSes.

Here is the problem of authencity,

(1) say I put a proposal to bring MRCM in India,. Say proposal number is MRCM
.
(2) Say some 10 lakh registered voters send "I support MRCM" and some 1 lakh voters send SMS "I oppose MRCM".
.
(3) Now Jindal etc bribe me
.
(4). So I stop showing sms which say "I support MRCM" and show all sms "I oppose MRCM".
.
(5) So next, say 10 crore voters send sms "I support MRCM". and some 1 crore send sms "I oppose MRCM".
.
(6) I will show on my website that only 20 lakh have supported MRCM and 1 crore have opposed MRCM. IOW, after getting bribe from Jindal, I start deleting NEW SMSes (NOT OLD) SMSes that support MRCM. And I claim that "no, sms senders are lying, they never sent me SMS".

(7) Now worst activists can do is expose me, But Jindal will get me paidmedia who will say that I am 100% honest

IOW, PRIVATE cellno / website will not speak lies, but will hide truth AFTER the I = owner got bribe. And I will hide the new SMSes, not the old SMSes, which my bribe giver wants me to hide.

So private website does have GREAT demo value.

But IMO, it doesnt take verified count beyond a few 1000s. Because by the time verified count crosses a few thousand, bribe givers will come. And the bribe givers will either bribe the website owner OR create a new server and give it more publicity and push aside the non-corrupt website owner.

SOLUTION?
.
(1) Grand solution is TCP.. TCP is govt website and so it cant hide, If it tried to hide, then Jurors can narcotest the admins and find that they were hinding. After expelling a few admins, new admins will stop playing mischiefs. But what to do till TCP comes

(2) Ask sms-sending voter to send sms to MP and/or private website, and also send message on twitter., and in that message he can put @PmoIndia @HisMP, @PartyHeadofHisMP etc. Now if twitter deletes that tweet, at least one voter lost faith in twitter !! This is a big achievement.

(3) Ask sms-sending voter to send sms to MP and/or private website, and also write status post with link to the tweet. Now if FB or twitter deletes that status post or tweet, at least one voter lost faith in FB or twitter !!

(4) Eventual non-TCP solution is to write an APP, which when installed will create a digital signature for user and also ask for voterid, name etc. And that AAP will send public key and sha1 hash of that public key to everyone who is physically close the mobile and who is in "verified" list created by the phone owner. Now user can write "I support MRCM" and the AAP will use private key to create digital signature for this "I support MRCM" statement,. and it will send that statement to all physically close and in verified list. The message will be sent via wifi or via mobile-to-mobile socket and not via any server. This virtual network of connections can be used to get a good estimate of count. Accurate count is IMO NOT possible in private non-govt systems.
