(2) I have proposed following procedures to fix judiciary in courts
.
(2a) RtrSCCj - Right to Recall Supreme Court Chief judge
(2b) RtrHCCj - Right to Recall High Court Chief judge
(2c) RtrDCPj - Right to Recall District Court Principal judge
(2d) DcJurySys - District Court Jury System
(2e) HcJurySys - High Court Jury System
(2f) ScJurySys - Supreme Court Jury System
(2g) TcpDistrict - Decision of District Court Jury can be cancelled by TcpDistrict
(2h) TcpState - Decision of State High Court Jury can be cancelled by Assembly or TcpState
(2i) TcpIndia - Decision of Supreme Court Jury can be cancelled by Parialment or TcpIndia

Juries will consist of 15 to 1500 voters between age of 25 years to 55 years chosen from District / State or India depending on type of court and case

(4) Chief judges in SC , HC and DC are recallable
.
All junior judges in District / Tahsil Courts are recruited by writtens exams and no interview
.
All HCjs are promoted from District judges by discretion of CM and Assembly
.
All SCjs are promoted from State High Courts by discretion of PM and Parliament
.
No lateral entry in judiciary except chief judges
.
All existing judges from Magistrates to SCCj will be expelled, and pension will be set to Re 1 per month, including medical and ALL benefits. I am serious --- my proposal is to expel ALL existing judges from SCCj to Magistrates.and replace Chief judges by recallable judges and other judges via written exams.
