Once again, a corrupt high court judge took bribes and acquitted salman khan ; once again SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers will shout at 100 decibel level "do you recallists have any proof that judge took bribe?". Once again, we will propose (a) RTR-judges (b)JurySys and (c) narcotest in public as solutions. And once again SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers will shout that "commons in India are stupid and so RTR and JurySys are bad bad bad and narcotest is against human rights " and so on.

If corrupt judges can acquit salman of killing men in drunk drivin caseg, then poor blackbucks dont stand a chance anyway. So a bigger yawn this time. Sp let me yawn in caps. YAWN YAWN YAWN YAWN ....

But lets get this litany over.

For past 17 years, I and Right to recall Party activists have been saying that "over 90% of our judges are corrupt and so we MUST have Right to Recall judges" and Jury System in India, and in grevious cases, the accused should be narcotested in public. eg ALL cases should be tried by 15 to 1500 Jurors from District / State / India. In Salman drunk criving case, and blackbuck two Juries consisting of 1500 voters chosen from whole of India should decide the case. And in drunk driving case, narcotest in public should have been must
.
And for past 17 years, SoMoKe have opposed JurySys and RTR-judges. (in 1990s, instead of NaMo, we had ABV opposing RTR and JurySys, and instead of ArKe, we had 10s of NGO-heads). And SoMoKe-andhbhagats oppose RTR and JurySys. And workers of Congress , BJP , AAP, RSS, BST oppose JurySys, RTR. And litany of SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers is also 5000 years old that ---

(1) do you have PROOF that judges in India take bribe?

(2) commons in India are stupid stupid stupid and so we must not have RTR over judges and we must not have Jurysys. And narcotest is against human rights and all that nonsense

(3) Almighty SoMoKe are necessary and sufficient to solve problems in judges. There is NO need for such stupid procedures blah blah blah

eg. all along year 2013-2014, NaMo-andhbhagats , BJP-workers, RSS-workers and BST-workers opposed RTR, JurySys by saying that "none of this nonsense is needed --- NaMo will fix judiciary in 100 days after he becomes PM". And 700 days later, all they have is 100 excuses !!! That NaMo doesnt have majority in RS, NaMo doesnt have 2/3rd majority in both houses and so on.

Well, due to FDI and FDI alone, NaMo will get re-elected in 2019. Congratulations in advance. And judiciary will only become "less arbitrary corrupt and more institutionally corrupt". But SoMoKe can rule for 100 years with 100% majority in LS and RS, they will never ever make Indian courts even half as less bad as US courts.

SO SOLUTION?

I would request activists across India to see that SoMoKe are 100% NON-SOLUTIONS to problem of rampant corruption and rampant nepotism in judges. So please end SoMoKe-puja, and pls dump SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers.
